We see when basic needs of life are not met, people turn to crime and addictions just to get by. ABOUT
Here at Basic Gives, we know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. In early 2008, Devon and Sarah Beth Herman started their first Non-Profit Organization and together served over 3,500 people out of their kitchen, literally. They soon realized that by the grace of God they were called to do so much more. They saw a need to meet crime, addictions, desperation and depression head on by reaching the source of these issues, basic needs not being met. So, today you found it, the launch and growth of Basic Gives.
